O WHOM WE DISCLOSE YOUR DATA
External service providers may have access to your data when they assist us in providing our services. In certain cases, third parties such as government authorities, external consultants, or our business partners may receive your data.

DOMAIN REGISTRATION
If we register a domain on your behalf, we provide the required data to the respective domain registration provider.
DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY
If you, as a client, fail to pay your invoices on time, the necessary data may be transferred to an external debt collection agency.
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
If you apply for a job in Tuusula, Finland, or Munich (Unterföhring) via our career portal, we forward your application documents to our subsidiaries MOTION MEDIA Finland Oy or MOTION MEDIA Cloud GmbH. We have data processing agreements in place with both companies.
To manage our applications, we use the software provided by rexx systems GmbH, with whom we have also concluded a data processing agreement.
THIRD COUNTRIES
Data may be transferred to third countries in compliance with applicable legal requirements. We will not transfer your data to a third country unless it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you, we have obtained your consent, the transfer is required to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims, or another legal basis applies.
We will only transfer your data to a third country if there is an adequacy decision in accordance with Article 45 GDPR or appropriate safeguards in accordance with Article 46 GDPR.

We process your data exclusively in our data centers located in Germany and Finland.
COOKIES AND THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO DIRECT ADVERTISING

LIVEZILLA
We use the chat system provided by LiveZilla GmbH (Ekkehardstrasse 10, 78224 Singen, Germany) to provide technical support for certain clients. During each use, data is collected and stored for analysis and to ensure proper functionality of the chat service, enabling the creation of pseudonymized user profiles.
If automatic translation is activated, it uses Google Translate and may contain inaccuracies. MOTION MEDIA motion does not guarantee the accuracy of translations and assumes no liability for errors.
Google may collect and process data to improve its services, including user browsing behavior. For more information, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access the personal data we process about you. We may request proof of identity.
